Full of sorrow at being left behind the girl said "I will be the Jilucu bird who cries at the moon."    Saying this she was left crying.  Right till this time the Ilucu cries "luuu, luuu, luuu, luuu." At the time of the new moon, when the moon is high she cries a lot.  At the time of the new moon when Ilucu is crying it rains.  Always it rains.  The old people say "Poor girl, she cries because she sees her man."
